Only setting that needed to be changed: Repair->bsi->configuration->bsi driving assistance->pneumatic suspension->disabled.
I drive a 5 seat model C4 Pic on an 08 plate and have been having problems with the rear suspension, on and off (literally), for a few months. An internet search led me to this forum and I have to thank everyone for the info they have posted as it was really useful both just in general advice but also to know that I wasn't alone (sounds like

I do have the Active Cruise control on all the time, and my dealer has updated the cruise control unit software and recalibrated it in the past- but it hasn't fixed the problem.

The suspension fault is very intermitent, and I've been unable to identify anything that triggers the inflation, apart from all the instances occuring whilst driving. I get an audible 'chime' alarm & a brief 'suspension faulty' message.
I have owned my C4 Grand Picasso 1.6 HDi Exclusive since new in March 2015 and I estimate the Stop Start system has literally worked approximately 10% of the time. I have asked at the Edinburgh Citroen Dealership for an explanation and have been bombarded with so many alleged explanations that I

The intermittent suspension fault has been going on long before the battery getting low. I've only noticed the battery (on start up) the last 2 weeks, but I agree it may be causing the other faults. Also I do get other random little electrical faults, like windows not going up or down, not all at the same time.
Citroen C4 Grand Picasso Vehicles, Cars Depollution System Faulty. I got that message on starting up,and the little warning symbol on the screen.
